A quirky ex-cop, now detective that extorts money from his victims is approached by his ex-wife. Her now loving husband and stepfather to the daughter that he could never show his affection to is in prison for attempted murder. At the behest of his ex-wife and for the daughter he neglected, she pleads with him to save her husband. Out of guilt, will he fulfill her request to make her new family whole again?
